Subscription terms.
ClairParle is independent speaking practice provided by Applied Crew, Inc. These terms explain the invitation-only monthly pilot, cancellation and refunds.

Current availability
The monthly plan is offered only to accounts manually approved for the Ontario and Alberta paid pilot. Free practice remains open to signed-in learners. To ask about pilot access, email [email protected].
Practice allowance and price
A signed-in free account includes up to 3 speaking-feedback attempts per day. An approved pilot account can subscribe for US$29 per month and receive up to 30 speaking-feedback attempts per day while the subscription is active. Each request for feedback, including a retry, uses one attempt. Unused daily attempts do not roll over.
Stripe Checkout will ask for your billing address and show the amount payable and renewal schedule before you subscribe. If your billing location has changed since pilot approval, contact [email protected] before subscribing.
Renewal and cancellation
The monthly plan renews until you cancel. Subscribers can open Manage billing in their ClairParle account to manage their payment method and cancel in Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access continues until the end of your current paid billing period; the Portal shows the effective date.
Refunds and billing questions
If you request a refund within 7 days of your first ClairParle subscription payment, we will refund that first payment in full. Email [email protected] to request it. We review problems with later charges case by case. Canceling a subscription does not itself issue a refund. Please do not email card details.
